We are AFSCME Local 1439 which includes all NHS Human Resources bargaining unit members in Philadelphia, and the counties of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks. Our local represents both Mental Health professional and non-professional and Mental Retardation non-professional positions.

All are welcome at the monthly membership meetings which are generally held the 4th wednesday of the month at alternating locations. We are alternating the sites of the meetings to accommodate members in the five county region we serve. Look for the postcard sent each month for the meeting date and location. |
